To do in order, until the problem is solved:

check the number of connected pools/hosts

try disabling the
usage-reportplugin -
increase XOA memory: https://xen-orchestra.com/docs/troubleshooting.html#memory

increase the latency for fetching XAPI updates in
/etc/xo-server/config.xapiOptions.toml(this file must be created if it doesn't exist):[xapiOptions]debounce = 1e3 # 1 second -
if huge number of pools, try splitting on multiple XOAs (an XOA trial can be provided to the customer)
