Environment​

  • An existing Vates customer account.

Procedure​

  1. Log in to your customer space at account.vates.tech.

  2. Select Account information in the menu:

    Customer space menu, with Account information at the top

  3. Update your details, such as your address or company name.

  4. Save the changes.

Verification​

The updated details are shown in Account information after saving.
