Environment​

  • An order placed with a purchase order (PO) or a signed quote. The Vates sales team registers the order in your account on your behalf; you then complete the order and the payment yourself.

Procedure​

  1. Log in to account.vates.tech and open Purchases management in the menu.
  2. Find the line of your pending subscription and click Continue order.
  3. Choose your payment method, credit card or wire transfer, and confirm.

A credit card payment is confirmed immediately. For a wire transfer, upload the transfer proof from your account, or let us know once the transfer is sent: the licence can then be activated without waiting the two to three days the funds take to arrive.

Verification​

With a credit card, the order is confirmed immediately. With a wire transfer, the licence is activated once the payment or the transfer proof is received.
