Environment​

  • An active plan purchased from your Vates customer account.
  • Resellers follow the same steps on the line of the customer whose plan is being upgraded.

Procedure​

  1. Log in to your customer space at account.vates.tech.
  2. Open Purchases management in the menu.
  3. On the line of the plan you want to upgrade, click Upgrade.
  4. Complete the subscription page. Choose the same payment method as for the initial purchase.
  5. If you pay by wire transfer, download the quote. The remaining period of your current plan is deducted from the upgrade as a credit note.
  6. As for any purchase paid by wire transfer, upload your proof of payment so the new plan can be activated as soon as possible.

Verification​

Once the payment is processed, Products shows the upgraded plan, and the invoice is available in Invoices.
